Subject: Technical Assistance Request of July 15, 1987
Dear Mr. Reeve:
The Alaska Power Authority has reviewed your request for technical assistance and intends to provide the assistance as soon as staff workloads permit.
In order to define the scope of our efforts more clearly, I propose that you meet with members of our technical staff. Two of our engineers are expected to be in Kotzebue within the next six weeks and will contact you prior to the trip to schedule a meeting. If you prefer, you are always welcome to schedule a visit whenever your travel plans bring you to Anchorage.
