Subject: PCE Generation Efficiency Improvement Program
Dear Mr. Smith:
The response to recent inquiries regarding the lead time on new 1200 RPM Kato generators has been very disconcerting. Estimates for the time required for delivery from time of order range between 14 and 16 weeks. The high efficiency generator sets proposed for Shungnak, Grayling and Eek all include new 1200 RPM generators. Immediate confirmation of the required funding is needed in order to even have a chance of getting the units on site during this barging season.
