Include page numbers on all Figures and Tables. Also, include Table numbers on tables. b. Include Titles for Graphs 1 and 2. c. Power Generation data is missing on 4-4. d. Section 5.2.2 to end of Section 5 - page numbers are incorrect. 2. Section 1.0 - The last sentence of the last paragraph on page 1-1 should read "... does not include relocating the power plant." 3. Section 2.2 #4 - Include "was" between "information" and "used." 4. Section 2.3 - The cost of fuel per gallon does not agree with the executive summary. Coordinate. a. Section 4.1 - Change Caterpillar "3304D7" to "3304 DT." b. Section 4.0 - Include a narrative of the modifications required to connect the waste heat system to the generators. This does not make sense. Shouldn't it indicate that the heating load for the power plant, office and shop was deducted? Rewrite. It is important that the reports be completed as soon as possible to allow these sites to be included for consideration in the funding package that is currently being developed. In addition, it has come to our attention that we are currently holding invoices for the draft reports» for the communities of Anvik, Kotlik, Lower Kalskag, Russian Mission, and White Mountain. Payment of the invoices was withheld because the amount billed did not correspond with the current level of completion of the reports. On the final invoices for these communities, please include a note indicating that the previous invoices are void and bill for the total amount due. Thank you for your prompt attention. Brian has informed me that the original invoices were incorrect and FMA was to re-invoice the Energy Authority. Ed Mjolsnes of FMA agreed with Brian in this regard (see attached correspondence between Brian and Mr. Mjolsnes). I talked with Don Whelan today and he informed me that we have not yet received the new invoices. We will either respond to FMA with technical questions of pay in full the invoices within 30 days of receipt. Brian has informed me that the original invoices were incorrect and FMA was to re-invoice the Energy Authority. I talked with Don Whelan today and he informed me that we have not yet received the new invoices. We will either respond to FMA with technical questions of pay in full the invoices within 30 days of receipt. Discussions with HMS, Inc. this afternoon resulted in a verbal commitment from them to begin working on the construction cost estimates February 12th or 13th. It is important that the reports be completed as soon as possible to allow these sites to be included for consideration in the funding package that is currently being developed. In addition, it has come to our attention that we are currently holding invoices for the draft reports for the communities of Anvik, Kotlik, Lower Kalskag, Russian Mission, and White Mountain. Payment of the invoices was withheld because the amount billed did not correspond with the current level of completion of the reports. On the final invoices for these communities, please include a note indicating that the previous invoices are void and bill for the total amount due. Thank you for your prompt attention.
