Mail Code: DPCA, HL-21.1 Washington, DC 20426 Subject: Notification of Change in FERC Licensed Projects' Representation Dear Ms. Cashell: Due to recent legislation passed by the Alaska State Legislature, the management of FERC licensed projects owned by the Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) has been delegated to the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA). Like AEA, AIDEA is a public corporation of the State of Alaska; a political subdivision of the Department of Commerce and Economic Development, but with a separate and independent legal existence. Also as required by the legislation, the Alaska Energy Authority's Board of Directors has been replaced by AIDEA's Board of Directors. The Alaska Energy Authority, however, continues to exist as the same public’ corporation and will remain the FERC Licensee for the following projects. Bradley Lake Hydroelectric Project (project number 8221) Tyee Lake Hydroelectric Project (project number 3015) Swan Lake Hydroelectric Project (project number 2911) Solomon Gulch Hydroelectric Project (project number 2742) Terror Lake Hydroelectric Project (project number 2743) Please note that the Executive Director of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority has also become the Executive Director of the Alaska Energy Authority. The new Executive Director of the Alaska Energy Authority is: William R.
