2: October 10, 1994 letter from Division of Energy conveying initial
loan agreement proposal and responding to major issues raised by
CVEA.
3. Most recent loan agreement proposal from Division of Energy --
dated November 18, 1994. Still ‘‘on the table.”
4. March 1, 1990 Power Project Fund loan agreement between Alaska
Energy Authority and Juneau electric utility for $1.0 million -- used
as model for much of proposed intertie loan agreement.
i August 30, 1994 grant administration agreement between AIDEA and
Railbelt utilities governing $90 million in Railbelt intertie grants --
also drawn upon in preparing Sutton-Glennallen loan agreement
proposal.
