BOARD MEETING MINUTES
January 31, 2011
Anchorage and Juneau, Alaska; Las Cruses, New Mexico; and Singapore, Singapore
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Felix called the meeting of the Alaska Energy Authority to order on January 31, 2011, at
10:45 a.m.
Mr. Wilken motioned that this is a continuation of the meeting held on January 29, 2011, which was
recessed. The Board will go into Executive Session for the purposes of interviewing for the
position of Executive Director and deliberation. Seconded by Commissioner Bell.
ROLL CALL: BOARD
Members present in Anchorage: Acting Chair Michael T. Felix (Public Member).
Via Teleconference: Bryan Butcher (Commissioner, Department of Revenue); Susan K. Bell
(Commissioner, Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development); Robert
D. Sheldon (Public Member); and Gary R. Wilken (Public Member).
Resumed Executive Session.
Meeting resumed back into public session @ 12:45 pm.
3. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business of the Board, the meeting was adjourned at: 12:45 pm.
