RESOLUTION NO. 1995-01
RESOLUTION OF THE ALASKA ENERGY AUTHORITY AMENDING ITS
BY-LAWS AND DETERMINING RELATED MATTERS.
WHEREAS, the Alaska Energy Authority, formerly known as the Alaska Power
Authority, (the "Authority") adopted its By-laws on March 17, 1978 (the "By-laws"); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Authority desire that certain provisions
of its By-laws be amended; and
WHEREAS, the amendment to the By-laws described herein is necessary to delete
the requirement that an annual meeting of the Board of Directors of the Authority be held
in the month of April of each year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ALASKA ENERGY AUTHORITY
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Article IV, Section 1 , of the By-laws, which requires an annual meeting
of the Board of Directors of the Authority, shall be stricken in its entirety.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and approval.
