AEA vote:
1) Procedures for scheduling, production and
dispatch of project power.
2) Establishment of procedures for use of each
purchaser's water allocation (AEA assent
required for license requirements).
3) Selection among alternative methods that do
not involve AEA for funding required project
work.

1) Arranging operation and maintenance of
project.
2) Adoption of budget of annual project costs.

Notice is hereby given that the Bradley Lake Project Management Committee will hold a special meeting on
Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. via teleconference regarding FERC land use fees. For additional
information contact Brad Evans, Chairman.
This meeting will be conducted by electronic media pursuant to AS 44.88.050(a) and AS 44.62.310 at the
following location:
Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority, 813 West Northern Lights Boulevard, Anchorage, Alaska;
The public is invited to attend. The State of Alaska (AIDEA) complies with Title Il of the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990. Disabled persons requiring special modifications to participate should contact AIDEA staff at (907)
