Bradley Lake PMC Meeting Set-Up Guidelines
(Effective 2002)
1. See last set of minutes to determine next meeting date. Once the date is confirmed,
post on-line. The notification is located at:

2. Call the GCI conference operator to schedule the lines for a teleconference, if
necessary. The number is 1-800-770-2121. MEA Via Conk con
3. Fax out a transmittal (two pages) informing members of next meeting date, time, and
location. This is located in:
h:/all/showell/bradley lake pmc meetings/meeting notification fax cover.doc
Also, send via email to the Bradley Lake PMC contacts list.
4. Prepare a DRAFT agenda and fax it to the Chairman. The most current agenda is at the
end of the document and it’s located at:
h:/all/showell/bradley lake pmc meetings/meeting setup folder/agenda.doc
5. Make changes/additions/deletions as noted by Chairman. Check with Art Copoulos on
any other agenda items that may need to be added.
6. Put the packets together. Teleconference sheet (if necessary), agenda, and previous
meeting minutes go inside of a black folder.

8. Prepare documents and fill out DHL and courier slips (there are two local packets) for
delivery. Be sure to include for billing purposes that this is related to BPMC.
