McCrohan An SV — Secretary Oi DATE: November 10, 1993 SUBJECT: Project Management Committee - Notice of Meeting Date The next meeting of the Bradley Lake Project Management Committee will be held Thursday, November 18, 1993. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Training Room at Chugach Electric Association, Anchorage. This memorandum is also to advise that the administrative support responsibilities for all future meetings of the Project Management Committee will be coordinated through this office until these duties are transferred to the PMC. Those responsibilities include the preparation and distribution of information packets. To assist us in those efforts, I ask that you review and adopt the following guidelines when preparing material for the BPMC packets: + All material to be reviewed and/or discussed at the PMC meeting is to be submitted seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled meeting date. * Meeting packets will be distributed five (5) working days prior to the scheduled meeting date. - Any last minute material that is not submitted seven (7) days prior to the meeting date and has not been included in the information packet is to be routed through this office for distribution at the meeting.
