This estimate has been prepared from 95% drawings and spec/cut sheet received on
2/20/91 and provided by the following:

Cc 2 drawings Tryck, Nyman and Hayes, Anchorage
s 1 drawing Tryck, Nyman and Hayes, Anchorage
This estimate is priced to reflect local force account labor with some skilled
contractor’s labor for Spring 1991 construction. All force account labor is priced at
$22.00 per hour. Skilled labor for subcontractor has been priced at $42.50 per hour.
An option is priced as all work by general contractor using A.S. Title 36 wage rates,
per diems, etc.
This is a statement of probable construction cost only and excludes:
1. A/E fees
2. Administrative costs
3. Cost of any other work not shown on the drawings
Unit prices and costs indicated in this estimate are based on current knowledge.
The possible effects of current hostilities in the Middle East have not been
considered in the preparation of this estimate.
