Letter of Support for Alaska Renewables LLC

To whom it may concern,
The Fairbanks Climate Action Coalition (FCAC) is pleased to share these words of support for
Alaska Renewables LLC in their endeavor to receive a grant from the Renewable Energy Fund.
FCAC has long appreciated the work of Alaska Renewables since its inception in early 2021
and has developed great trust in the individuals working with the company. Alaska Renewables’
community-centered approach to development of wind energy aligns with the principles which
we move in our work to ensure that addition of any new energy project only be done at the will
of the community. Alaska Renewables has shown deep intent in advancing renewable energy in
a community-led approach. As a lead organizer around energy justice in the community, it is
clear that the Interior Alaska community members are eager for renewable energy and Alaska
Renewables is a trustworthy company to bring those needs to fruition.
Alaska Renewables has a track record of success and principled project management and we
are confident this will continue in all of their future endeavors. FCAC appreciates the time and
care Alaska Renewables takes to listen to and collaborate with all stakeholders in the
community. They have proven to be thorough, collaborative, respectful, and meticulous in their
work. Providing Renewable Energy Funds to Alaska Renewables would be money well spent in
our much-needed Just Transition to a future of clean energy.
