REVISED INTERIM CONVEYANCE
WHEREAS
Cook Inlet Region, Inc.
was issued Interim Conveyance No. 146 pursuant to Secs. 14(e)
and 22(j) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of
December 18, 1971 (43 U.S.C. 1601, 1613(e), I621(j)), and
Sec. 12(c) of P.L. 94-204 (89 Stat. 1145, 1152), as amended by
Sec. 3(a) of P.L. 95-178 (91 Stat. 1369) for the surface
estate, together with all sand and gravel, in the following
described.lands:

The above referenced conveyance was issued January 12,
1979, and recorded in the Anchorage Recording District, Book
No. 377, Page Nos. 0871-0873. The grant was subject to the
issuance, within two years, of a revised conveyance document
reflecting the reservation of any easements identified pursuant
to Sec. 17(b) ref the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of
December 18, 1971 (43 U.S.C. 1616(b)) and the regulations
promulgated thereunder. The purpose of this Revised Interim
Conveyance is to reserve the easements identified.
Pursuant to Sec. 17(b) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement
Act of December 18, 1971 (43 U.S.C. 1601, 1616(b)), the
following easements referenced by easement identification
number (EIN) on the easement maps attached to this document,
copies of which will'be found in case file AA-29602, are
reserved to the United States. All easements are subject to
applicable Federal, State, or Municipal corporation
regulation. 7"he following is a listing of uses allowed for
each type of easement. Any uses which are not specifically
listed are prohibited.
50 Foot Trail - The uses allowed on a fifty (50)
foot w e trail easement are: travel by foot,
dogsled, animals, snowmobiles, two- and
three -wheel vehicles, small and large all -terrain
vehicles, track vehicles, and four-wheel drive
vehicles.
60 Foot Road - The uses allowed on a sixty (60)
foot wide road easement are: travel, by foot,
dogsled, animals, snowmobiles,'two- and
three -wheel vehicles, small and large all -terrain
vehicles, track -vehicles, four-wheel drive
vehicles, automobiles, and trucks.
a. (BIN 1 C5, D4) An easement for an existing trail
fifty (50) feet in width beginning at road
right-of-way 33939 in the Native conveyance -in
Sec. 13, T. 13 X., R. 10 W., Seward Meridian,
continuing easterly to State land. The uses
allowed are those listed above for a fifty (50)
foot wide trail easement.

b. (EIN 3 DI, L) An easement for an existing road
sixty (60) feet in width traversing Native land
in Sees. ZS and 20, T. li N., R. 12 W., Seward
Meridian. The uses allowed are those Listed
above for a sixty (60) foot wide road easement.
This Revised Interim Conveyance temaine subject to all
other rights, terms, conditions, and covenants of Interim
Conveyance No. 146.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned authorized officer of
the Bureau of Land Management has, in the name of the United
States, set his hand and caused the seal, of the Bureau to be
hereunto affixed on this loth day of February, 1984, in
Anchorage, Alaska.
