Box 93330, Anchorage, Alaska 99509-3330, as GRANTEE, for lands in the Nenana Recording District. WHEREAS Cook Inlet Region, Inc. is entitled to a patent pursuant to Sec. 14(e) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of December 18, 1971, 43 U.S.C. § 1613(e), Sec. 12(b)(3) of the Act of January 2, 1976, 43 U.S.C. § 1611 note, and Par. I.D. (1) of the Terms and Conditions for Land Consolidation and Management in the Cook Inlet Area, as clarified August 31, 1976, for the surface and subsurface estates in the following -described lands, a portion of which was transferred by Interim Conveyance No. 195, issued May 29, 1979: Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska T. 10 S., R. 9 W., Sec. 1, lots 1 and 2; Sec. 2, lot 1; Secs. 3 and 4; Sec. 5, lot 1; Secs. 6 to 11, inclusive; Sec. 12, lot 1; Secs. 13 to 36, inclusive. Containing 22,342.51 acres, as shown on plat of survey officially filed June 8, 1988, and the supplemental plat of survey officially filed September 14, 1995. Patent No. 5 ®- 2 ®Y U- ®3 4 2 Page I of 2 NOW KNOW YE, that there is, therefore, granted by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, unto the above -named corporation the surface and subsurface estates in the lands above described; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said lands with all the rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances, of whatsoever nature, thereunto belonging, unto the said corporation, its successors and assigns, forever. THE GRANT OF THE ABOVE -DESCRIBED LANDS IS SUBJECT TO: Valid existing rights therein, if any, including but not limited to those created by any lease, contract, permit, right-of-way, or easement, and the right of the,lessee, contractee, permittee or grantee to the complete enjoyment of all rights, privileges, and benefits thereby granted to him. Further, pursuant to Sec. 17(b)(2) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of December 18, 1971 (ANCSA), 43 U.S.C. § 1616(b)(2) (1976), any valid existing right recognized by ANCSA shall continue to have whatever right of access as is now provided for under existing law; and 2. A right-of-way, F-035083, for a 138 KV transmission line one hundred (100) feet in width, for the Golden Valley Electrical Association, issued pursuant to the Act of March 4, 1911, as amended, 43 U.S.C. § 961 (1970), located in the Elh, Sec. 1, T. 10 S., R. 9 W., Fairbanks Meridian. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the undersigned authorized officer of the Bureau of Land Management, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 17, 1948 (62 Stat. 476), has, in the name of the United States, caused these letters to be made Patent, and the Seal of the Bureau to be hereunto affixed.
