ix) Go Electric retains sole and exclusive rights to all Proprietary Information related to their scope of the project
x) Go Electric grants customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Go Electric’s AutoLYNC microgrid software
xi) Taxes are not included, but tariffs are included when applicable
xii) Extended Warranty requires Operation and Maintance Agreement for the period of 10 years by a qualifed GoE contractor (not included in this budgetary)
