To Whom It May Concern,
The Alaska Rural Water Association has been working with the City of Homer to
assist in identifying operational risks as well as improve efficiency and
effectiveness of its water supply and distribution system. We support the City’s
efforts to explore renewable energy that will increase the City’s resiliency and
operational functionality. The in-line turbines that are proposed in the subject
project would be a great step forward towards this goal.
