Washerteria, and Reconsideration Request
Dear Mayor Verhagen,
Thank you for your recent application seeking funding from the Renewable Energy Fund. I
have carefully considered both your application and your request for reconsideration of the
REF Evaluation Team's conclusion.
The denial was based upon incomplete and untimely filing. In my review of your entire
application and request of reconsideration, I have consulted with the REF team, the
Department of Law, Alaska State Statutes, pertinent regualtions and procedural guidelines.
I find that your application does not meet the requirments for inclusion. The Evaluation
Team was correct in its decision and your request for reconsideration is therefore denied.
