The existing proposals are out dated.
Activities Targeted for Next Reporting Period:
The proposals - received based on the technical specifications - are almost 2 years old.
We are running a new model based on the completed St. Mary’s power plant design and
having wind data for 18 months to establish updated specifications. We will solicit new
proposals.
