Governing Body Resolution
As the sole owner of Burro Creek Holdings, LLC, I hereby authorize this Renewable Energy Fund
grant application for project funding at the match amounts indicated in the application; and
i certify that I am the individual who will act as the point of contact for the purposes of this
application; and
i certify that I have the authority to commit the organization to the obligations under the grant;
and
I state that Burro Creek Holdings, LLC and Janice C. Wrentmore are in compliance with all
Federal, state and local laws including existing credit and federal tax obligations.
