Dear Mr. Dotson,
Thank you for your recent application seeking funding from the Renewable Energy Fund. I
have carefully considered both your application and your letter for reconsideration of the
REF Evaluation Team's conclusion.
The denial was based upon enabling legislation. In my review of your entire application
and letter of reconsideration, I have consulted with the REF team, the Department of Law,
Alaska State Statutes, pertinent regualtions and procedural guidelines. I find that your
application does not meet the requirements for inclusion. The Evaluation Team was
correct in its decision and your request for reconsideration is therefore denied.
