Letter of Commitment and Certification

Renewable Energy Fund Round IX
I, Kenneth Skaflestad, serve as the Mayor of the City of Hoonah (COH), and am authorized
to submit this Letter of Commitment to support the COH's Grant Application for funding
from the Renewable Energy Fund and to commit the COH as noted herein. I will serve as
point of contact for purposes of communicating about this application.
The COH commits to, if successful in winning an award for the above -mentioned grant,
providing the matching resources specified in the grant application.
I certified that the COH is in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws
including any existing credit and federal tax obligations.
