Dear Alaska Energy Authority representatives,
I, the Mayor of Hoonah, do hereby attest that at its regular meeting of July 9, 2015, the duly elected
or appointed members of the Hoonah City Council did, by majority vote, authorize me, in
collaboration with the Hoonah Indian Association ("HIA") to engage in discussions and negotiations
to continue to investigate a waste -energy project in Hoonah.
