Re. Geothermal Ground Loop Heat Project
To Whom It May Concern.
AVTEC-Alaska's Institute of Technology (AVTEC) fully supports the City of Seward's
grant application for the development and installation of a Geothermal Ground Loop
Heat Project for the City Seward's infrastructure. AVTEC understands the
commitment of the grantor and the City of Seward and applauds their efforts but also
understands the benefits are well worth the commitments of both parties.
In the future AVTEC would like to work with the City of Seward to connect to this
ground loop heat system and are open to discuss any ways AVTEC can support the
development, use and maintenance of these types of systems. AVTEC would love to
explore the potential of providing the support and training in the use of this hh;h
potential geothermal technology.
