Minto Development Corp.
Objective: Design & install a grid-tied solar PV system that will provide Minto Development
Corp. with the greatest production available from a 100.4 kW Solar Electric System. Next
Energy Solution Inc. is pleased to provide a detailed scope of work for the installation of a 100.4
kW solar PV system for Minto Development Corp. The rooftop solar energy systems will be
located on The Minto Lakeview Lodge's and the Minto Clinic’s located at 101 Lakeview Street as
well as The Minto Northfork Store located 101 First Street in Minto, AK. The scope will identify
key people responsible for the design, installation, and performance of the system.
Equipment: We have proposed 372 high output 270 Watt Peimar Solar Panels which carry a 30
yr. performance warranty for long life performance. The 8 Fronius IG Plus A 11.4 kW inverters,
are the industry’s most advanced inverters on the market today. The Fronius IG Plus A inverters
come warranty and features the highest efficiency available. These inverters also feature built-in
Wi-Fi monitoring allowing up-to-date on-line monitoring of the system. The rooftop solar energy
system will feature the IronRidge racking system, a leader in the industry when it comes to
performance and design. The system is engineered for the snow and wind load conditions in zip
code, 99758.
Panels Locations:
Rooftop will have be measured to accommodate 372 panels @ 270 watts/ each = 100,440 watts
Total System Size: 1400,440 watts
Electrical Design & Installation: System designed by NABCEP #091209-82, Certified
Designer & Installation Trainer, Paul Hopkins. Mr. Hopkins holds OSHA Certificate
#C0055593. Licensed Electrician to be provided at a future date.
Panel Installation: Next Energy Solution’s contractors are experienced in system installations
and will perform installation according to the manufacture’s specifications. All clean up and
disposing of pallets and packing items will be done daily. NES holds an insurance policy with
coverage of $2 million, policy #99WR0079 with State Farm.
Warranty: Next Energy Solution warranties the installation and operation of the system for 5
years.
