WHEREAS, the Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority needs a line of
authority for when the President, CEO, is not in the office.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following is the Line of
Authority for the Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority:

President, CEO
2.
Vice President of Tribal Services & Operations
3.
Vice President of Administration
4.
Vice President of DCM
5.
Finance Manager
6.
Housing Services Manages
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Commissioners
of the Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority this 19t day of February 2014 by a
vote of q Yeas, —(� - Nays 4D Abstentions and _L Absence(s).
