To Whom It May Concern:
I am Frank L."Skip" Ryman, manager for the City and Borough of Yakutat. I am
working with borough staff in the preparation and submittal to the Alaska Energy
Authority a grant request for the construction and operation of a "community biomass
heat loop". The project, if funded, would tie two municipal buildings and one privately
owned building to a wood fired boiler system supplying heated water into baseboard heat
radiators of all three.
Know by these presents, it is within my authority, and I do hereby guarantee to obligate
any cash "in -kind" contributions as may be required by the bio fueled community heat
loop grant application referred above and accompanying this letter.
Sincer ,
