Dear Minto Village Council,
I am aware that the Minto Village Council is apply for a AEA Grant to offset our Multi -
Purpose Building/Lodge fuel expenses with the instillation of a biomass wood boiler
system. As manager of the lodge, I oversee the Senior Lunch Program. Funds have
been tight for this program because Council funds have been tight; not enough money
to support health and welfare programs for our people.
We are close to the point where we will not be able to fund the lunch program in the
_near future.
I strongly support this grant as it will not only help my program, but many programs now
struggling to serve our community.
