Information from the 2012 feasibility study served as the basis for the application, but some of the data was modified to develop more realistic grant requests. Kettleson: Condition Survey & Needs Assessment (July 2013) recommended the following: adding 4" of rigid insulation to walls replacing all windows adding 8" to 12" of rigid insulation to the roof elevating the floor above existing slab on grade: 4" to 8" of fill, 4" of rigid insulation, new 4" slab The cost estimate for these improvements has not been completed. Since the improvements are similar to the ones planned at Centennial Hall, I pro‐rated the estimated costs of the work at Centennial Hall based on the building footprint (original library = 8K SF, CH = 25K SF): wall improvements: 38,555.52$                       roof improvements: 154,335.68$                     TOTAL 192,891.20$
