Dear Mr. White,
Please find enclosed the City of Angoon's grant application for Reconnaissance Study of Thomas Bay
Public Projects.
The City of Angoon is in full compliance with all federal, state and local laws, including existing credit and
federal tax obligations. City of Angoon acknowledges and agrees that the projects will be constructed,
owned and operated for the benefit of the general public. The City of Angoon will not deny any person
use and or benefit of the project facilities due to race, religion, skin color/ national origin, age, physical
handicap, sex, and marital status, change of marital status, pregnancy or parenthood.
The City of Angoon's City Council passed a motion on August 23, 2011 authorizing the Mayor to execute
the consent documents to assign Cascade Creek's LLC interest, involvement and responsibilities to
Kootznoowoo, Incorporated in the agreements dated October 5, 2009 to further the projects in a
manner consistent with the agreements. A copy of which is provided with the enclosed applications.
The undersigned Albert Howard will serve as City of Angoon's Project Manager as outlined in the
applications.
Enclosed with this letter are two (2) hard copies of the complete application, including appendices and
one (1) electronic version on a CD.
