RE: Verification of Ownership, Access and Site Control- Seward Schools
Alternative Energy Project
Dear Mr. Jones:
We understand the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District (KPBSD) is currently
pursuing an alternative energy biomass fuel heating system at the Seward schools. The
systems would be situated near the schools on Kenai Peninsula Borough owned
property which has been designated for school purposes and continues to be available
for KPBSD under delegated authority to implement this project with full access and site
control for these purposes.
