Resolution of Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Atmocean,Inc.hereby resolves:
1)Whereas the Atmocean WEST technology is perfectly suited to
provide wave energy for remote coastal communities and for
islands around the world;
2)And,whereas Atmocean management intends to apply for grant
funds under the Round V request for proposals of Alaska Energy
Authority;
3)And,whereas Atmocean authorizes the sum of$77,355 as
matching funds for the AEA grant;
4)Therefore,be it resolved,the Board of Directors supports
management's decision to apply for Round V funding;the Board
anxiously awaits a favorable decision by AEA;and the Board will
continue to support management as it complies with the
requirements of the Round V funding.
