THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT IS TO STABILIZE AND RESTORE INDICATED PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING AND DEVELOP AN ADAPTIVE REUSE FUNCTION TO COMPLEMENT THE OPERATIONAL BUILDING RENOVATION. ALL WORK DONE ON THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDING SITE MUST COMPLY WITH LATEST EDITIONS OF "THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR STANDARDS FOR REHABILITATION AND GUIDELINES FOR REHABILITATING HISTORIC BUILDINGS".
