Re: Pelican — Renewable Energy Fund Grant Application — Project Schedule
Dear Mr. White:
Thank you for your correspondence of September 24, 2010 regarding the City of
Pelican Renewable Energy Fund Application. Per your request, please find enclosed
the project schedule that was inadvertently omitted from Appendix F of our application.
The project schedule was prepared by CE2, the project Construction Manager, and was
based on construction funding being available in September 2010. The estimated
timeframe to complete the project is roughly 6 to 7-months. Should funding become
available next summer, the construction is expected to proceed following the same
timeline as presented in this schedule, just delayed by one calendar year.
The Grant Budget anticipated construction completion date should be May 19t" 2012,
subject to funding availability by September 2011.
