The application calls for a report of the technical, economic, financial and operational viability required of a small community to install a wind -diesel system King Salmon for electric distribution. Kokhanok Koliganek In broad terms, the energy market for Koliganek has been unstable due to its direct Levelocic dependence on the price of fuel and the components of that price (crude oil, refinement, Manuk°tak retail, tax, transportation and storage). The use of a local, renewable resource such as Naknek wind can offset those volatilities, and afford more stability for a community. New Stuyahok Newhalen The Bristol Bay Native Association's Tribal Energy Program stands ready to provide any Nondalton additional support the Tribal Council may require for successful completion of the Pedro Bay project.
