A prior meteorological study concludes a Class 4 Wind Power resource, and recommends

and operational viability required of a small community to install a wind -diesel system

Koliganek In broad terms, the energy market for Koliganek has been unstable due to its direct

Manuk°tak retail, tax, transportation and storage). The use of a local, renewable resource such as
Naknek wind can offset those volatilities, and afford more stability for a community.
