I have been a teacher there now for 17 years. I am writing this letter in support of the proposal concerning the forestry management plan and the related use of heating our school with a wood fired system. The vocational and practical math and science application opportunities for our students to be involved with this system promise extreme potential and numerous benefits. This plan also is well researched and proves to be a cost savings for our district which always seems to be at the forefront of most all discussions concerning our school district. In turn the savings can then lead to more benefits to our schools and students educational experience.
