I, Ron Hoffman, President/CEO of AVCP Regional Housing Authority (RHA), certify and
commit to the following:
■ AVCP RHA is committed to providing the matching resources for the AVCP RHA Wind
Turbines project at the match amounts indicated in the application, entered as
$750,000.00;
■ The AVCP RHA President/CEO has the authority to commit the organization to the
obligations under the grant;
■ The AVCP RHA President/CEO serves as point of contact to represent AVCP RHA for
purposes of this application; and
■ AVCP RHA is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws including
existing credit and federal tax obligations.
