As you are already aware Douglas Ott, AEA Hydroelectric Program Manager and Earle Ausman, Professional Engineer with polarconsult visited the Jack River in 2008 and initially determined the site to be conducive for a hydro -electric plant. It is vitally important for the State of Alaska, Native Village of Cantwell and Ahtna to develop this highly accessible site for the rail belt communities. Thank you for your support of this project and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. Sincerely, Ikatiiryn Martin VP Land and Resources Cc: Veronica Nicholas, President -Native Village of Cantwell Cc: Michael Harper, Deputy Director -AEA P.O. Box 649 — Glennallen.
