Resolution of Village Wind Power LLC
Village Wind Power LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alaska Wind Power LLC.
On November 6, 2009, it is resolved by the Members that:
David W. Lappi is authorized to submit an application on or before November 10,
2009 for funding from the State Renewable Energy Fund through AEA for the Slana
Wind Project at the specified match amounts and this application is authorized for project
funding, and,
David W. Lappi is the authorized person to represent Village Wind Power LLC
and Alaska Wind Power LLC for the purposes of this application and shall be the point of
contact, and ,
Village Wind Power LLC and Alaska Wind Power LLC are in good standing with
respect all federal, state, and local laws and to its existing credit and federal tax
obligations.
