Resolution of Alaska Wind Power LLC
On November 6, 2009, it is resolved by the Members that:
David W. Lappi is authorized to submit an application on or before November 10,
2009 for funding from the State Renewable Energy Fund through AEA for the Delta
Wind Gas Evaluation Project at the specified match amounts and this application is
authorized for project funding, and,
David W. Lappi is the authorized person to represent Alaska Wind Power LLC
for the purposes of this application and shall be the point of contact, and ,
Alaska Wind Power LLC is in good standing with respect all federal, state, and
local laws and to its existing credit and federal tax obligations.
