Phase 3 - Final Design/Permitting
1.Project scoping complete and primary contractors solicited for project

2. 2010 Environmental studies finalized and 2010 field season data

3. FERC Pilot Project License received, land use issues resolved 9/31/10
4. Final system design complete 11/21/10
5. Engineering cost estimate complete 12/1/10
6. Technical and economical analysis complete, PPA finalized, Final
Design review by NREL complete 12/15/10
7. Reports on 2010 environmental studies completed and reviewed with
agencies and stakeholders, post deployment studies finalized. 1/15/11
8. All additional permit applications completed and submitted 1/15/11
9. All permits received 3/31/11
10. Project monitoring For FERC license compliance implemented 6/30/11
11. Project monitoring for FERC license compliance complete 12/31/11
Phase 4 - Construction
1. Final design review/confirmation with NREL 12/15/10
2. Bids received for Initial TidGen™ device components, components
released for manufacture. Deployment and operations bid documents
complete 1/1/11
3. Deployment and operations contractors selected, contracts signed. 2/15/11
4. Initial TidGen™ device components procured, prepared for shipment.
Three additional TidGen™ components released for manufacture. 3/31/11
5. Initial TidGen™ device components arrive at Port of Anchorage. 4/15/11
6. Initial bottom support frame fabrication completed at Port of Anchorage. 5/7/11
7. Bottom support frame and shore station deployed. TidGen™ device
fabrication complete. 6/7/11
8. Initial TidGen™ device and power transmission system deployed.
Three additional TidGen™ devices components procured and prepared
for shipment. 6/30/11
9. Three additional TidGen™ systems arrive at Port of Anchorage 8/15.
Three additional bottom support frames compete. Reporting on
