Spurr to the Railbelt grid. HEA recognizes Mt. Spurr geothermal energy as a regional -scale resource and believes that would benefit all Railbelt utility members. HEA suggests that preliminary transmission line engineering and alignment studies are a timely and prudent use of State funds in preparing to develop this resource. Sincerely, Bradley P.
