2.76 Other Public Benefit
The City of Tanana will pay wood cutters $12,650 a year for cutting wood to keep the GARN boilers fired and working.
Using an economic multiplier of 1 to 3, meaning that this $12,650 will circulate in the community of Tanana a minimum of
