THIS DEED,Made and entered into this .).~day of ~d ,Two Thousand

99508,Grantor,and Naknek \Electric Association,of P.O.Box 118,Naknek,
Alaska,99633,Grantee.This conveyance is made pursuant to the Native
Allotment Act of May 17,1906 (34 Stat.197),as amended by the Act of
August 2,1956 (70 Stat.954).
WITNESSETH,That said Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred Twenty Thousand and No/100 dollars ($120,000.00),in hand paid,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby grant,bargain,sell,
and convey unto said Grantee the following described real estate and
premises in the State of Alaska,more particularly described as follows:
EV2SWV4,Section 14,NEV4NWV4,Section 23,T.17 5.,R.44 W.,
Seward Meridian,Alaska,containing 120.00 acres,as shown on
the plat of survey accepted on April 9,1964.
1.A right-of-way thereon for ditches or canals constructed by the
authority of the United States.Act of August 30,1890,43 U.S.c.
§945 (1994).
2.All the oil and gas in the land so allotted,and to it,or persons
authorized by it,the right to prospect for,mine,and remove such
deposits from the same upon compliance with the conditions and
subject to the provisions and limitations of the Act of March 8,
1922,as amended,43 U.S.c.§270-11 (1982)(repealed with a
savings provision)and 270-12 §(1994).
Together with all the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto
belonging,and the Grantor,for herself and her heirs,executors,and
administrators,does hereby covenant,promise,and agree to and with the
said Grantee,it's heirs,successors,and assigns,that she will forever warrant

and defend the said premises against the claim of all persons,claiming or to
claim by,through,or under themselves only.
To have and to hold said described premises unto the Grantee,it's heirs,
