On November 5, 2009, is resolved by the Members that:
Dan Cook is authorized to submit an application on or before November 10, 2010 for funding from the State
Renewable Energy Fund through AEA for the Clearwater Wind Project at the specified match amounts and
this application is authorized for project funding , and
Dan Cook is the authorized person to represent C and L Ranch LLC for the purpose of this application and
shall be the point of contact, and
C and L Ranch is in good standing with all Federal, State, and local laws and to its existing credit and Federal
tax obligations.
