AHTNA, INCORPORATED
Resolution No. 08-12
Authorizing Renewable Energy Grant Application
WHEREAS, the Alaska Energy Authority has made Requests for Renewable Energy Grant
Applications AEA 09-004, Grant Application, and desires formal approval for submission of the
grant request from its governing board;
WHEREAS, Ahtna, Incorporated, through its Board of Directors desires to submit an
application for an Alaska Energy Authority renewable energy grant at the match amounts indicated
in the application;
WHEREAS, Ahtna, Incorporated is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
including existing credit and federal tax obligations;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Ahtna,
Incorporated, hereby authorizes and directs Ken Johns, President and CEO, or his designated
representative, to take such actions as necessary to complete the preparation and submittal of the
Alaska Energy Authority Renewable Energy Grant Application.
