RESOLUTION 2008-I, AUTHORIZATION FOR AEA GRANT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the members of Glacier Fork Hydropower, LLC (GFH) desire assistance in
funding the development and construction of the Glacier Fork Hydroelectric Project, and
WHEREAS, the Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) is accepting applications for Fiscal Year
2010 Alternative Energy Grants (Grants) due on November 10, 2008, and
WHEREAS, GFH is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including existing
credit and federal tax obligations,
WHEREAS, GFH qualifies to receive funding from the Grants.
NOW THEREFORE, the members of GFH agree and affirm the following:
1. GFH shall apply for the Grants, and
2. GFH hereby authorizes Joel Groves to make such application and to represent
and act on behalf of GFH for all matters relating to the Grants, and
3. GFH will, should they accept the Grants, abide by all terms and conditions
imposed by AEA as part of receiving any such Grants.
