ALASKA GREEN ENERGY
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AEA GRANT APPLICATION FOR
PORT ALSWORTH HYDROELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION
The undersigned, members of Alaska Green Energy, LLC (AGE), after due consideration
and pursuant to the Bylaws of the Operation Agreement, do hereby adopt the following
resolution as of the 10th day of November, 2008:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Alaska Green Energy is actively pursuing the development of the Port
Alsworth Hydroelectric Construction Project in cooperation with the Port Alsworth
Improvement Corporation, The Tanalian Electric Cooperative, Tanalian Incorporated, Lake
Clark National Park and Preserve, and the Lake and Peninsula Borough; and
WHEREAS, the Alaska Energy Authority is offering grants in support of cost effective
alternative energy projects in rural Alaska; and
WHEREAS, Alaska Green Energy is applying for grant funding to support
preconstruction on the Tanalian River and Mycro Hydro Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Alaska Green Energy is authorized to secure
up to $ 4,097,000 in grant funding from the Alaska Energy Authority for this project; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Bob Gross, VP Operations, is authorized to represent the
applicant for purposes of this application; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Alaska Green Energy, is in good standing with respects to
its existing credit and federal tax obligations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, members of Alaska Green Energy, LLC have
hereto signed their names effective as of the date set forth above.
