Application Cost Worksheet - This study will begin with a Phase I
Reconnaissance Study which will identify much of the information on
this worksheet. The remaining information will be obtained from the
Phase II feasibility study.
Please note that some fields might not be applicable for all technologies or all project
phases. Level of information detail varies according to phase requirements.

sustainable basis.
