Dear Kerry:
[ am pleased to offer my services as project manager for the AEA Districtwide
Alternative Energy Reconnaissance Study. The Project Management Services would
include acting as the District's agent to develop contracts with the project consultants and
to oversee their performance in evaluating the alternative energy potential within the
District. As project manager I would be responsible for assuring compliance with AEA
grant requirements and keeping the project within agreed upon timelines and budgets.
Services would also include monthly progress reports to the School Board and AEA. I
will also compile the Phase I study findings and recommend to the School Board and
AEA of any options that warrant further study as a Phase II feasibility study.
Services would be charged at an hourly rate of $85, plus expenses. Contracted services
are not to exceed $20,000.
