to 124,869 acres of lands adjacent to the village of Kotlik, and

project as it will create additional local jobs and minimize the costs of producing, heat to
local residents.
Be It Further Resolved, That if this grant is ftmded for Phase 1, that support is granted
for Phase 11, which is to attain a steam electrical generation plant using biomass pellets
produce steam.
